Limitation of Liability

You engage our services on an advisory basis only. Where you so authorise us then we may directly engage with your hardware or software but you agree that you maintain supervision and accept all consequences for any changes you authorise us to make.

You indemnify us against any and all impact of any issues pre-existing to or resulting from our engagement.

Access to Systems

You agree to provide us with all the necessary access to systems in order to supply the advisory services.

Where necessary that may include physical access to offices, server rooms, and/or equipment. It may require administrator (or “root”) level privileges to systems. Access may be via the Internet or some other communications method. Where dongles, physical keys, or access credentials are required you will supply them.

Confidentiality

Due to the low-level access that may be required for these services a non-disclosure agreement may be supplied by you to us so long as the terms are fair and reasonable.

Jurisdiction

Any contract will be subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.

The courts of Victoria, Australia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to decide any matter arising out of the contract.
